“Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. “Tremendous value. We were in Leicestershire for a pre-Christmas family get-together. The hotel was everything we needed. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, the staff friendly and happy to help, and the hotel had a pleasant festive vibe about it. Great location in the middle of Quorn too. Thanks again to the hotel manager who whipped out the first aid kit when I was daft enough to injure a couple of fingers at 10pm on a Sunday evening.”
