“Check in nullo (mi son state lasciate le chiavi e addio) check out peggio (non c'e posto dove lasciare le chiavi, tutto spento e chiuso.. pulizia nulla ( camera pulita 1 volta in 2 settimane) porte e pareti spesse come un foglio di carta, porta del bagno completamente imbarcata e non si chiude, finestra con serratura rotta che non si chiude.. camera davvero piccola!”

The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. “We were surprised to be told that the kitchen was closed that evening due to an illness of the chef when our dinner reservation was accepted that afternoon by the receptionist. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bar, but the white wine was undrinkable. The continental breakfast was of a poor standard.”

“It was very shabby and it smelt bad. It is conveniently situated for the centre of Clacton but it was very noisy and so I didn't sleep well. There was very little space in the bathroom. They don't do breakfasts so I had to schlep round town in the heat trying to find somewhere. On a positive note the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in.”

“Michael was great as a host and had terrific communication. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The only issue was the couch. It looked great but was uncomfortable. The propertv is a block away from the entertainment district. Perfect place for a weekend get away. ”
