“There was a power outage for several hours that affected the entire resort; most restaurants were unable to open. Mantles, the Grand’s in-house restaurant was able to put together a menu with a partial kitchen. Kudos to them. However, the food was underwhelming. For a resort of this stature I think they need to up their food game.”

“The newly updated room was fabulous, we love staying here and appreciate all the new improvements 👌”

“Camera pulita, personale accogliente. Possibilità a pagamento di lavare ed asciugare vestiti. Colazione self-service buona e varia. Ottima vista sul fiume e spazi all'aperto con tavoli, poltroncine, sdraio messe a disposizione dei clienti.”

“Great room with easy parking. In the area there are many shops and restaurant. Breakfast included is not too much.”

For one night stay on the way to Vancouver, it’ll do, but if visiting Kamloops for more than overnight, I’d stay elsewhere.”

“Was good stay”

“The room had an immediately noticeable musty smell like mildew. The corners of the room were dirty, like a wet mop had been used to swab the middle of the room. The shower diverter didn't work properly, making it difficult to stay dry while adjusting the temperature. We weren't told where the breakfast room was at checkin, and had to find a staff member in the morning. The 'top-rated' breakfast had no fresh fruit, not even a banana. I will say that the bed was comfortable and the temperature was...

“I enjoyed my stay very much.”
