“I've been coming here for years and it's still very well maintained. The pool and Jacuzzi is our favorite. The rooms are extremely comfortable with views of the forest. An exceptional value and the best place to get out of the summer heat. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.”

“We had a great stay planned last minute. The room looked recently updated and had everything we needed. Every person on staff was super friendly and upbeat. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the breakfast area is clean and well stocked with staff constantly refilling and tidying. There are renovations going on now for a new lobby/reception area, but it didn’t interfere at all with our stay.”

“AC was loud and windows didn’t have screens so bring earplugs if it’s too hot or too cold outside. It was otherwise quiet. 5 min to Shakespeare Festival. Hot breakfast including eggs, hash browns and ham.”

“No handicap accommodations. Parking near your room was rarely possible. Ice and vending not working. Floor tile needed repair. Staff grumpy and acted more like jailers. More run down than pictures shown. Maids were friendly.”

“The hot tub was out of service for my entire 4 day stay. The doors closing at night are also quite loud at this hotel. The breakfast burrito is good yet simple and the oatmeal is way too simple (only 2 ingredients). Other than that it was a good stay.”

“It isn't designed for handicap. There are stairs into the lobby. There are stairs for the entrance of the ground floor rooms. The bed was high.”

La piscina è al coperto ma almeno a noi ha fatto comodo dopo il lungo viaggio che abbiamo sostenuto: Proprio di fronte all'Hotel ce un grande supermercato comodo per chi vuole rifornirsi per la prossima tappa ll ristorante aimè e solo cucina cinese visto che sia l'hotel che il ristorante è gestito da quest'ultimi, ma devo dire che è un ottima cucina cinese, forse uno dei migliori sia per la gentilezza del personale che per la cucina ”
