Hotel a Kanarraville

“Staff: breakfast staff were incredible, helpful. One even filled my coffee mug when my hands were full on my way out. However, the office staff were practically non-existent. I tried to report a problem and got no response to the required phone call. It is fortunate that I solved the problem by myself and could actually get into my room on Saturday night. The management needs to check all the security latches on the doors. If they screws loosen, the latch drops enough to make opening the door...

“The room was clean. The staff were nice, in general.The breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful! The spa appeared to have something growing in it and looked like it belonged in the swamp. The swimming pool was okay, but was very old and once again didn’t look really clean! The gym was good and we used it both days we were there. The hotel had paper thin walls and we could hear people walking around upstairs, babies crying at night and things going on outside. The elevator smelled bad. ”

“Started with Expedia's website always booking people for the wrong freaking days so we paid for 2 days we didn’t need!! Then the toilet seat that wasn’t fastened properly that pinched my leg! Then the toilet ran every 15 minutes all freaking night long! The remote had sticky stuff all over it! Last those are not 150$ a night rooms, probably more like 50-60$ never again! ”

“Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and...
