“Nice stay, last time we stayed in a more expensive room and kind have wished we had paid the extra for that room again but the room we had was very pleasant. Beds were smaller than I remember though?”

“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”

“Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). On the other hand, its location equips it with extensive grounds, a beautiful aspect and rooms, along with the best spa, gym and swimming pool facilities on the island. “Check in process was disappointing, we waited 20 minutes before we were seen, a couple of times we were acknowledged but then just left on our own. Other than that the property was ok, a little tired and dated but clean. ”
