“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”

“Modern facilities with old-fashioned charm. The rooms are a good size; we had a view of the garden which was very pleasant. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is decked out in crisp white table cloths with smartly dressed waiters. Both the garden bar and the terrace at the front of the hotel with beautiful views across the bay are both lovely places to enjoy a drink. The outdoor pool looked good though we didn't use it. “My 4 night stay was excellent, I chose a double with a sea view which was definitely worth the extra cost. The bedroom was a good size for me but I felt it was maybe a bit small for a couple but otherwise was very good, however the bathroom was rather dated with shower over the bath with curtain and not a lot of water pressure. “The hotel is beautifully located with fabulous views, the only downside was the trek to the nearest bus stop, or rather the trek back uphill. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff from Debora in reception all the way to the charming folk who kept our room clean and well stocked with essentials. “The first room we stayed in was on level 5 it had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We were told that the hotel was full so we couldn’t move to another room. The window was very small and only opened a few inches. We asked again 2 days later and were given another fan. However, it just blew the hot air around very noisily. After not being unable to sleep on the fourth day we asked again about another room and we moved to a room on the first floor with really quite and effective air...

There's a large patio and upper patio with comfortable seating where you can eat and drink and relax in this wonderful setting. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Food was delicious. Staff all friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop right outside so easy access into St Helier and Corbiere. I'd love to return.”
