One regrettable incident occurred when the receptionist addressed the staff unprofessionally, in front of the customer, in which this case shouldn't happen.”

Ciò nonostante offre ottimi servizi, pulizia e personale efficiente e disponibile 24h. Stanze ampie con mobilia d'epoca, edificio completamente ricoperto in moquette. Al piano terra è presente un pub ed un ristorante.”

“My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 10am. No further complaints, the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. I enjoyed the recommendations given by reception when we were looking for restaurants in the area. Soo close to Salamanca Markets without being able to hear any noise or music from the market. Even while staying in the mountain view room!”
