“We had a lovely stay at Dormie House from 6th - 10 July. We had a room that was clean yet really small to be honest . There was no where to hang clothes, apart from two pegs to hang our coats on. That was a bit frustrating. Also painters came in on the second day and the strong smell of enamel paint permeated into our room ...it was awful , I ended up with a terrible headache and went down to reception to see if something could be done. “For the substantial price, very limited amenities and in average condition. No soap left in dispenser. Lighting didn’t work properly. No chairs at all in the room. Damaged furniture and some parts of room not very clean. Very lovely staff member however.”

“The TV stopped working in the morning of checkout not sure why. There was no bottles of water in the room surely just the bare necessity can be made available. Found an open jug with water in the fridge is not acceptable, not sure how long the water may have been there. Bed was comfy and being close to shops and restaurants in walking distance was handy.”
