“This is a great hotel to stay in if you love Paddington & want to be close to the city. It has great bars & restaurants inside the hotel & on Oxford St. The staff are all lovely & always ready to help . The Olympia is now my go to place to stay in Sydney”

“Room clean. Outdated. Permanent stains on table and in bath tub I suspect as opposed to not being clean. Good bathroom amenities. Poor coffee making amenities. Overall good stay. Would stay again if in the same areas. ”

“What a dump! In the heart of Double Bay sits an accommodation venue not fit for the homeless. Dirty, water dripping from ceiling in the room, filthy carpet, lumpy mattresses. Worth about $17 a night. Shut it down and build a McDonalds on the site!”

“Very good communication. Home is in a great location with bus stops very close and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars.”

“The property did not match the listing. It was advertised for 4 people with parking, but there was no proper parking available. The sleeping arrangement was not suitable—only one double bed and a sofa bed. The bed itself was very weak and shook with any movement. There were also basic issues: the toilet door was not working properly, and only a bar of soap was provided (no handwash or shower gel). “Excellent property. Very clean and beautifully presented. Great location just 5mins walk from pub, restaurants, cafes, shops at the 5-Ways intersection. Beautiful surrounding streets. Property is exactly as per description and photos on Stayz website. Nikki was a fantastic host too, very quick to respond to any queries and all instructions were very straightforward. Would 100% stay at this property again. Highly recommended.”

“Whole of house was very clean. 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very quiet and upmarket area. If anything could be improved I would suggest providing a second entrance key.”
