“Great place to stay, close to tram, beach and short walk to surfers paradise town. Apartment had everything we needed to cook while staying and we loved the spa/pool. Only downside is the area is a little noisy but would recommend staying here.”

“Very nice hotel with excellent pool and lagoon. The room was large and clean. No cons in general except that the location is not as close as other hotels to ocean and main streets of surfer paradise. Nevertheless, it is still located conveniently.”

“Room small but very functional. Not a great view but views from pool/bar area are good. Room not cleaned at all over our 2 night stay. Had to ask multiple times for body wash to be filled in shower. Had to get our shower to use body wash/gand soap bolted to the bathroom vanity. Not ideal. No fresh towels daily. Cafe does decent coffee & nice breakfast. Close to Darling Harbour & China Town. Good location. Used Cinema parking. Easy. Stayed be the pool till early afternoon after check out. ”

“The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. ”
