The pool and the private beach are very nice, while the negative note is about the breakfast and the in-house restaurants. For the same price we ate much better in some places close to the facility. Ho avuto problemi con la porta di ingresso, la serratura non funzionava, ci hanno messo 3 giorni a metterla a posto; si è rotto il motorino della cassaforte; in camera alla notte c'era una costante e forte puzza di fognatura. Il ristorante ha poca scelta sul menù e non è passato giorno senza che mancasse qualcosa, una volta erano gli aranci, una volta il pollo ecc. Un vero peccato, era un gioiellino di hotel, ora non lo è più.”

“Unless you pay for the expensive package, you need to be very mobile. All bathrooms in the reasonable rate category come with bathtubs only. There are no grab bars or anything for support. The walls have signs of humidity decay. The pool meant for everyone's use is very small considering. We paid to upgrade because of this. The website says the beach is close. Its not. Its a 35 minute walk. We paid for an all inclusive package. The kitchen had major issues. They tried hard but left things...

“The staff, air con & bed were very good. However this hotel is more suited to local guests, especially families, than international travelers. Eg the nearest atm is a 15 min taxi ride away. Also this hotel holds large corporate functions so access to the pools can at times be limited.”
