“I stayed in a family room with suite room (204). The lay out was fab as had a sectioned off area where the kids slept. The rooms were clean, modern with tv, fridge, kettle, hairdreyer, gorgeous bathroom. It had lovely windows over looking some of the park which my child loved. It’s situated 2 min walk from Park and Hex complex has shops and restaurants and a mini golf. I didn’t use it but there is a kitchen on the floor we stayed on with microwave, fridge and other amenities , fab idea. We...

“The barman Gaba was on his own on Sunday night. He took the meal and drinks orders, he delivered the drinks and the meals. If anyone was at reception he would deal with them. All this was done with a smile. He also made sure all the guests were spoken to and he had a lovely,lively laugh. He and the rest of the staff made our stay superb. We will go there again. ”

“A good place to stay for three nights. Breakfast is fine even if I would expect more warm dishes and drinks (milk, for instance). I can't understand why there are no smaller towels in the bathroom and why no hairdryer is provided. I brought mine as I had seen other reviewers. One more thing to take care of is the staff at the reception. All very young people who didn't know anything about the area and the town. That's a shame! ”

“Hotel is beautiful from the outside. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Plenty of parking. Pool was great! Room was clean & beds very comfy. We had a twin double room. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Only criticism, walls a little thin & could the person in the room next door coughing & being sick! Otherwise really enjoyed our stay & would recommend. ”
