“This is not a hotel per se. It is transitional housing and not very well-maintained. No breakfast as advertised. A dresser whose drawers do not close. An air mattress. One light-weight blanket when a better one would have helped. Noisy because people live there. Heater very noisy. Not all outlets worked. Staff not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful.”

“Iniziale prima impressione buona, ma la camera è risultata decisamente sporca..”

“Great property! Easy to get to, clean and nice interior. Beautiful location. Only downside was the dock in the photos was not installed during our stay.”

“This is a lovely little cottage in close proximity to everything we need to do in Albany. My siblings and I brought my 88 year mother up to Albany to visit with two friends from high school and all her nieces and nephews. The cottage was not more than 15 to 20 minute drive to everything we needed to see. The house itself is very comfortable well appointed. “The staff were all courteous. The room was neat and clean. The room was furnished nicely. Breakfast was kind of lame. The juice machine was out of service and one of the two waffle makers was out of service and there wasn't any meat. The breakfast I hope they improve upon. The rate was reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“The bed was comfortable and a good price. Property needs some TLC. Ceiling of room was in rough shade - dirty and peeling celining in bathroom. Breakfast was very basic.”

“La struttura e’ pulita e moderna con ampie stanze. Buona la colazione”

“Camera pulita e spaziosa, posizione tranquilla e ideale per raggiungere University of Albany Suny e comodo alla linea bus per downtown.”

“Exactly what I thought it would be great service”

“Outstanding.”

“Ottimo in tutto”

“Comodo stop tra NY e Montreal. Bene per una notte, aria condizionata negli standar americani. Colazione ok. ”

“Dirty filthy bathroom! Terrible continental breakfast!”

“Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We accidentally left our Kindle in the room at check out. The housekeeping staff returned it to the front desk. The front desk emailed me to let me know it was there. Extremely pleased to have it returned. Will stay at this hotel again.”
