“The room was immaculate, bed was extremely comfortable with clean and soft bedding. My biggest issue with hotels is the bathroom. Our bathroom was spotless. We will Definitely book with you again when we are in NY.”

“The bathroom was unclean when I arrived. There was previous fecal matter in the toilet when I went to use it the next day. Not the case when I stayed before. Otherwise room was clean after a thorough inspection. Breakfast is acceptable and staff are friendly. Like multiple entrances and exits using room card”

“They need better housekeepers. After we checked in and went to our room I found hair on the wall of the shower. I went to the front desk to make them aware and in front of me she called someone and told them the problem but no one ever came. The hair was still there when we checked out.”

“The tv was small and the buttons didn’t work properly the parking lot was in terrible condition potholes literally everywhere the bathroom had stains on the walls and some noticeable damage to the bathtub. Although the staff were reasonably friendly it was strange the first thing I see going to this place was cops talking to a guy in the front of you need an inexpensive place to crash then yeah it fits the bill but i cannot stress enough you get what you pay for”
