“We arrived late and tired. Team member Raj had communicated late check in process very clearly so we went straight to our room. We were pleasantly surprised, the room is very very clean, modern, comfortable and we were upgraded which was such a blessing. This morning Raj was also very helpful, informing us of what was around. This is customer service at its best. Thank you, we will be back.”

“This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.”
