“Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. “Room had damage to walls, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the thermostat did not control the temperature. For 250 a night I would expect the rooms to be taken care of.”

“From the pictures, I could tell that this place would be nice. And I wasn't disappointed. The pool was big. The hot tub was nice. The gym room was right nearby. The pool had wide windows so you don't feel like you're in a tight indoor pool. There is also a deck on the side of the pool. It overlooked bushes, so it felt nice sitting there.
