“Disgusting room, sticky carpet, smelly room, wet sheets.. Shana is the one that denied a refund on a second day stay that we were not even present for. We left shortly after checking in the first day because of how gross everything was. So please choose ANYTHING other than this place. We switched to the La Quinta inn and it was AMAZING. Right across the street. WAY BETTER”

“What was advertised was not there. The gym wasn't full of equipment it had a treadmill and a bike that was it. There was no hot tub with the pool. Our room had the Jacuzzi tub which was nice.but whoever laid the tile and caulk did a horrible job. It was all separating from the walls. The elevator also didn't have an inspection label on the inside of the elevator. So who knows how long it's been since it was last inspected. That right there was a big red flag.
