“I thought that because I was in a nice mall I was going to be fine but it was horrible to stay there there was no soap nor was it clean everything was old and badly arranged the floors”

“Everyone was respectful and nice I have no complaints at all. The only thing I could say was the tv channels were very blurry but I don't really watch tv and when I do it's sports so it didn't really bother me. I would highly recommend it, it's affordable the workers I dealt with treated me with respect and that's what I am looking for with my stay.”

“We didn't utilize the bar. Service was great. The rep at the counter was very helpful. I think his name was Q or LaQuinterius. He made sure our room was serviced early during our stay. When there was a language barrier with the house keepers, he quickly assisted in order to get what we needed at that time. Thanks so much Q. This won't be our last at this particular Courtyard.”
