“Excellent service”

“Sketchy neighborhood, shady people hanging around. Not a good looking place to stay. Actually made different arrangements.”

“I like the peace and quiet. Staff was very polite, room was clean. I don’t usually eat there breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The one thing that I didn’t like was we were one the first floor and whoever was above us walked hard.”

“Despite my event being in Mansfield, I specifically booked this hotel because I enjoy the music and vibes at the bar (which is supposed to be open until Midnight). I absolutely love the gorgeous short haired bartender that is usually there on Saturdays. I arrived back from my event in Mansfield ready to watch the World Cup to find the bar closed without a valid reason. I am very disappointed in the lack of having a bartender on a Saturday night; the manager on duty should have stepped in.”

“I was with my three granddaughters. The suite had plenty of room for us while i was still able to keep an eye on everyone. The breakfast was great and the pool was clean and a pleasant temperature.”

“Like new. Clean. Did not like- no good food available at market place near front desk . Charge for water bottles in room. Really? They couldn’t give complementary water in summer?”

“The breakfast was well beyond what we expected. We wish we could have slept in and ate a little later, but the times were typical for most hotels. The room itself was a King Suite and fairly spacious. The bathroom door was pretty tight and opened into the toilet area, which didn’t leave much of any room to move around when coming out of the shower. We had some issues with noise, but after a few days the hotel was able to assist with switching our room. They have coffee in the lobby that is...

“We came for the World Cup and it was the perfect location. About a 10 minute walk to AT&T Stadium. The pool was perfect and service was outstanding.”

“This property could use a refresh. Front desk staff was horrible, not only was I not greeted other than "ID Please" I was charged on Expedia and then charged again onsite. (this was taken care of) When I asked how late the pool was open the response was "if you want to use it its open until 10)”
