“Room was just what I was looking for and steps from the beach. The parking spot was a huge bonus for my friend that stopped by or if someone had a rental as parking is expensive. Cleaning staff was super nice as I checked out and CASIOLA answered my questions right away. ”

“Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, and plastic cups to take poolside. Beach was easily accessible. Resort is close to the Broadwalk, which was great for a morning run or evening stroll to restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the warm pool and making dinner on the grills. ”

“So they had our room ready an hour late from what check in time was supposed to be and the lobby was filled with a long line of people trying to check in. Pool and crowd isn’t as nice as I thought it would be but other than that it was a decent nice stay. Room was great a little dusty in areas bed not perfectly made but ok! You can’t take any outside food or drink by pool that’s a little stupid to me but that’s fine”

“Great location and clean room! Steps to the Hollywood Broadwalk with lots of restaurants and stores. There is a small shared patio that faces the ocean where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while listening to the beach waves. The unit itself was very clean and fresh. There are 2 beach chairs, 2 full size beach towels, and full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers so you have even less to pack! Great water pressure in the shower too! This building does not have assigned parking,...

“This is the second time that we have been here because we sincerely love the view. Problem being you have to practically beg for toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher powered etc, the phone doesn’t work to call downstairs and no one answers, the dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet, the balcony door didn’t lock, the shower doors didn’t match so water got all over the floor and this time going, the apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Plus the elevators weren’t working so the wait...

“For the price it gets 3 stars. They are very old on a busy street. All of them are apartments turned into Motels. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen, we did not even have a coffee machine. No fork, no pans . Nothing! Bedding was old and looked stained . Just to give you a heads up on the kind of area .. the office sells condoms . You also have to have a $50 cash deposit. . We would not stay here again and glad we only had to for 1 night . ”
