“TRAVELLERS BEWARE!! Garden view executive loft suite CAD 600 for 1 night.We arrived at 2:45 knowing that we were early and was told that will make sure that the room is available ASAP. We went back 4 pm to be told that it will be another 20 minutes before the room will be ready.We eventually got the keys at 4:30pm! It was obvious that the room was hastily cleaned and the tiled entrance was mopped leaving puddles of water on the floor on which my wife promptly slipped and fell injuring her back....
