“Location across from the sea walk was nice. Not enough parking to be comfortable that a spot would be available no matter the hour of return to the hotel. Staff helpful to accommodate an early check in which was not anticipated (cleaner prioritized room). Advertised as a boutique hotel, furnishings were more used than antique and the interior state is "tired" which could be easily fixed with paint and a proper clean of windows and balconys. The property itself could really use some structural renovations and not just cosmetic ones, like the ones they are doing right now.”

“The place is right on the river, it was very clean and had all amenities as listed. The host was extremely communicative and provided all accurate details for Late checkin and was available to provide additional things as needed. Kitchen was very well kept with all typical kitchen accessories. Very Quiet and relaxing, Water flowing in the back yard with green lawn was amazingly beautiful .”

“We stayed for two nights and everything was as photographed. Used the firepit and gazibo til nighttime and their outdoor communal barbecue too. The staff checked in via email the first day but everything was easy to navigate.”
