“The most terrible experience we ever had!! We booked 2 private bedrooms for 4 people as we know it’s a hostel so we opted for this option to get private bathrooms, but when we got there we were told we only booked 1 private room. We had the proof of our booking with expedia but they still insisted and they offered to let the 2 men stay in the 4-br shared men’s room. We requested if we can be placed together in that 4-br instead, they said yes but with a higher rate than what we initially booked....
