“The staff were amazing! When we arrived, they did not actually have my booking (which I booked using Expedia) but I had the confirmation email. They made sure to calmly go over some options for my family. We had a family loft room booked and they upgraded us to a larger accommodation that would be comfortable for myself and my four kids. House keeping came to our cabin each day to freshen up. The kids loved the outdoor pool, even though it was nothing special. We love the grounds of the resort...
“The hotel was great, friendly staff, clean room and hotel. Construction on road made access to front entrance difficult. Exit through underground parking wasn’t easy to find and had us going up a smelly elevator to an unsafe area. Loved the room and the Housekeeper was very helpful and kind. ”
“Great place, our tub wasn't draining properly,but the front desk had maintenence come and fix the issue quickly. Be careful with making sure the room door is shut all the way, because it may not shut properly. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea station in the lounge area. Great area for BBQ in the back where you can bring your furry friends as well. Parking is a little tight. We also got a free round of golf across the way for each day we stayed. Wonderful staff. ”
“Convenient location, friendly staff. Wide assortment of breakfast options - the greasy sausages and hasbrowns you expect, but don’t miss the yogurt and hard-boiled eggs in the small fridge, and the granola and fresh fruit. The ladies in the breakfast room work hard to keep everything freshly stocked and deserve any tips they receive. The kids loved the pool (could be a bit warmer), waterslide and hot tub. Beds were too soft for my liking, but rooms were spacious and clean. ”

Fortunatamente parcheggio per lasciare macchina anche se esterno.
Non mi è piaciuto perchè si sono dimenticati di rifare la camera per 2 gg.
Scomodo in quanto l'ascensore non arriva al piano delle camere ma bisogna scendere di 5 gradini per andare alla nostra camera terzo piano con le valigie pesanti.
