“The room was dirty. There was hair from the previous person in the shower on the toilet and on the bed . there was also toothpaste on the sink. in the morning I went to the front desk to get them to clean when I came back and checked they hadn’t cleaned the bathroom. They did manage to vacuum the floor and take out the garbages .Cleaning service needs attention.”

“Bed was comfortable and the floors seemed cleaned. I used to always go to this hotel many many years ago and it was so pristine and tidy. This time it kind of has a hostel vibe. This once beautiful boutique hotel is looking pretty rough and will not be going back. Such a shame because it right across from the water and in such a beautiful spot. My room was right beside a fire door that kept on opening and closing - which felt like all night - so quite noisy. .got underground parking which...
