La camera assegnatami era ampia, piena di comfort (divanetto con tavolino, forno a microonde, frigorifero, numerosi asciugamani). Livello di pulizia più che accettabile. Posizione eccellente, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dai parchi Disney e a pochi passi da mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e pharmacy. Lo sceglierei nuovamente. Per me, un ottimo 4 stelle.”

“This is an amazing hotel for families visiting the Disney Parks. The breakfast starts everyone off with energy for the short walk to the parks or an Uber whose drivers are very used to short fares to and from Disneyland. There is a beautiful pool on the terrace of the 6th floor and a Lifetime fitness equipped gym next door. We were thankful for our stay.”

“We stayed 2 nights while at Disneyland, which was an easy walk from the hotel. Underground parking was free and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. We will definitely stay here for our next Disney trip.”

“We booked primarily for the location and the kitchen. It was a 10 minute walk to the parks which was great after a long day of walking. Parking was very crowded as they squeeze in every car so don't count on your car being by your room. We wanted a kitchen and while it had enough utensils, plates/bowls, and pots and pans, there was only one sharp knife, no pot holders for using the oven, dish towels, or a dish drainer. ”

“Hidden fees if you don’t read the fine print. Parking is $40 A DAY per car and unfortunately we brought two cars for 4 nights- that was a hard pill to swallow since I didn’t find that out until check in. No second car discount or waiver. Extra city taxes, assessments, fees on the final bill. Coffee was cold at the front in the afternoon. The game room is small and expensive-impossible to win a small “prize” on the claw machine for 4 quarters a try which is sad for kids. Lastly the “queen” bed...

“The first room we were given had a strange smell like a plumbing problem had occurred. The second room did not cool down below 78 degrees ever and was significantly warmer than the hallway. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable however. There are no microwaves in the rooms and we had to request one. I received one for free because of a reward status perk but was told that there is usually a charge. Valet and bell service is great but you are separated from your luggage for a time so do not put...
