“Ottima soluzione a pochi minuti a piedi dai parchi Disneyland. Classico motel ma ben tenuto, camera con frigo e microonde, ghiaccio disponibile nel parcheggio. Consigliato!”

“La mia esperienza presso questo hotel è stata assolutamente positiva. La camera assegnatami era ampia, piena di comfort (divanetto con tavolino, forno a microonde, frigorifero, numerosi asciugamani). Livello di pulizia più che accettabile. Posizione eccellente, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dai parchi Disney e a pochi passi da mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e pharmacy. Lo sceglierei nuovamente. Per me, un ottimo 4 stelle.”

“If you're planning on spending all day (sun up to sun down) at the Disneyland Resort, the location of this hotel is ideal. It was nice to simply walk across the street to our hotel when we were finished for the day and not have to worry about waiting for a hotel shuttle. The room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed to get a good night's rest. “Great staff, huge room, very close to Disneyland entrance (10min walk to entry gates, pool was nice and my kid enjoyed the splash pad. Now the critiques I have are minor and won’t change me staying again, but would love if these were fixed. 1) I think the breakfast should be improved or made free. “Property is very nice and new. Breakfast I feel is very limited and could be better. Fruit is way too limited. Parking is only valet but when you can they don’t explain there is no self parking so you will find yourself paying another $38 plus tax per day. I saw various complaints about this and called. Was told their was self parking and then told their wasn’t once I was there: The manager Stephanie listen to the recorded line and said otherwise. For the price stay at a more nearby hotel.”

“The walls were thin, you can hear everything. They come every other day to clean. They had skipped a cleaning day and when I called to let them know they seemed to care more on reasons why they did that instead of just letting me know that they would take care of it. I have small kids so skipping a clean isn’t ideal. Eating breakfast was unpleasant because the workers were spraying to clean while I was still eating. “The bed was well made for us, and the staff was attentive to needs. Staff was especially kind to us whenever we asked to use the dining amenities even after hours since we had a large group and wanted to eat together. We did have one instance where we did find a cockroach in our room on our 6th day. But the staff was efficient in getting our room cleaned up for us afterwards.”

“They dont change the sheets everyday, or at least every 2 days. We stayed for 4 nights. Also the toiletries shown on the photos do not match the actual toiletries provided: which was a bar of soap by the sink and a bottle each of body wash and conditioning shampoo in the shower. Not enough towel hooks to hang towels from.”

“We've stayed here two trips in a row and will continue to. The staff is welcoming, and accommodating to us with any special requests. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping does a great job keeping the place tidy. The team handling breakfast also takes pride in their work and keep the dining area clean.
