“Definitely one of the most beautiful and typical hotels in London! This hotel will surprise you with the courtesy and kindness that the staff dedicates to its guests. The breakfast is excellent, both the continental one with croissants and hot pastries and the local one with the great classics. The rooms are comfortable and the beds very soft! the perfect shower and impeccable cleanliness!!”

“Innanzi tutto la camera aveva il bagno condiviso e non era affatto segnalato. Inoltre per il prezzo pagato (125 sterline a notte!!!) dover condividere il bagno con altre camere è impensabile considerata la zona assolutamente non centrale. Inoltre la struttura è tenuta malissimo, piena di rifiuti nelle zone esterne comuni e davvero sporca.”

“This is an unusual format for a hotel but it works very well. Some of the single rooms have dedicated private bath/shower rooms separate from their bedroom with personal key. I was travelling ight and I really appreciated the dressing gown which came with the room. The breakfast room was bright and the service matched it. The railway station is quite close and the town centre lues just beyond it, all downhill so a taxi back may be a comfortabe option. i found the staff veary helpful. ”

“The room was quite large with a TV and a very comfortable bed. There is a communal kitchen with tea and coffee. I felt very safe there. On the bad side people were coming in at midnight and were closing doors noisily. There was another floor above and I was woken by the person in that room walking about, so I got little sleep. But it was OK for 1 night.”

“Bella struttura centralissima a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Central Line (Marble Arch). Molto curate e trendy le zone comuni. Ottimo il personale sempre a disposizione per informazioni e suggerimenti. Camera standard un po' piccolina e basic, forse meglio scegliere camere tipo superior più spaziose. Molto buona la colazione con la parte salata fornitissima di formaggi, uova salsicce, baked beans, funghi, frutta fresca ottima, la parte dolce migliorabile. Nel complesso esperienza...

“Albergo peggiore in cui io sia mai stato. Siamo scappati dopo 20 minuti, sporcizia ovunque, capelli e sangue nel letto, e addirittura uno scarafaggio. Nemmeno fosse un carcere. Non andateci, rischiate letteralmente la vita.”

“Surprisingly spacious accommodation in what is an old building whose size is not obvious from its frontage. Old building means slanting floors, but that adds to the character. Close to both Chertsey Green, for a pleasant walk, as well as all important town amenities. ”

“Siamo stati benissimo. L’albergo era pulita e la stanza comoda. Lo staff gentilissimi. L’albergo si trova in una zona tranquilla e bella, vicino il fiume. Era molto facile arrivare al centro di Londra. Sicuramente torneremmo.”

“Good location near a bus stop. Room was basic, but clean. Owners were pleasant to correspond with and allowed us to pay extra for early check-in when we first arrived. A really nice large park across the road quickly became a favourite place for us to go! ”

“Molto spartano e non molto pulito. Il pub invece ere vivace, non ci hanno avvertiti che si doveva prenotare per mangiare con molto anticipo e non hanno dato precedenza agli ospiti!”

“Our stay at 69TheGrove was excellent. Super clean and beautiful. Silent at night, full of flowers. Breakfast abundant, friendly atmosphere, the staff always smiling and ready to solve any request. 5 minutes walking from rail and underground.”
