E' immerso in un meraviglioso giardino tropicale con piante di ogni tipo e un sentiero di 100 mt porta direttamente alla spiaggia di Colva, dove pero' l'hotel non ha alcun tipo di servizio se non il telo mare. Non ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, bar...nulla! In tal modo diventa impossibile usufruire della spiaggia. Anche il ristorante lascia un po' a desiderare. Non c'e' molta scelta e sono di una lentezza esasperante!...

“Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”

“The location of the hotel is great , besides that the worst thing in my permanence is been the various music festival running at the hotel, with very loud music until late in the night. You could barely sleep and the party would start very early in the afternoon, with sound check at 6 in the morning. The hotel in itself is overpriced , the rooms are old and badly preserved , everything looks like is falling apart, and construction with loud noises are running everywhere.”

“First and foremost, pay attention to their uncompromising cancellation and change policy! They do not budge. Also, the "no outside food" policy is ridiculous. While you can easily go to other restaurants outside of the grounds, (which are substantially cheaper!) The pricing for drinks and most food is "resort" pricing and rather skewed for the area. “The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff.
