“It was ok but not at all as advertised on Expedia.”

“The shower pressure was amazing, the beds were clean but the room was a bit dated and the hotel phone had a light that kept blinking. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast in the morning was good too.”

“2 bedroom Chalet was nice, spacious, generally clean and had a nice garden view. One bedroom lamp was missing a knot to turn it on. Pillows were small and a bit hard making them uncomfortable. A box of tissues and a waste baskets in each bedroom and paper towels or napkins for the kitchen would be a good addition. Bathroom vanity had a drawer in needed of repair. Price point was high for the level of facility. Restaurant on site provided good food at fairly reasonable prices.”

“Ivan was a nice enough guy. A little disorganized. He was confused when I called to check in, clearly not expecting us, and asked when we made the reservation (8 days in advance). He said, "Ok, I can put you in the upstairs unit." I'm not sure about the other rooms, but the "upstairs" room is gross. A black widow right inside the door, broken tiles on the stairs, empty soap dispenser, no soap or shampoo for the shower, weird smell, noisy beds. Not a great experience overall.”
