“Very clean, comfortable beds. Dog friendly is a huge perk. The only downfall is the breakfast, just bagels and cereal. But everything else was excellent”

“Hate that places put nice photos online, but in person a hot nasty mess, need some major work, couldn’t believe how the bedding looked, tubs, mirrors, food on the floor under the bed! I can clearly see whoever manage this place only care about taking peoples money. I went through a 3rd party when I booked , left a day before because of the situation, and they denied my refund,”

“Every staff member whom I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. This is my third stay at this hotel and I've stayed in newer ones in the same area and they don't come close to the quality given by Hilton Garden Inn.”

“I arrived on a Friday evening and the front desk man was very nice. He had a hard time with some of the computer systems and there was a line waiting to check in. Once he got my key, it was a smooth check-in process. Once in the room, the configuration was a little weird with a long, dark hallway before entering the actual room. I glanced down at the bed and saw a black hair. Then, went into the bathroom and saw another one on the toilet seat. There was some unidentified goop by the sink in...

“The room was spotless and the balcony was a great extra. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.”

“The front desk manager was excellent. The hotel was quiet, clean and felt very safe. Morning coffee on the lobby is always a great touch for those that get back on the road early. Overall a great place to stay. I did see the gym which had the key workout machines, free weights and plenty of workout space. There are plenty of fast food places nearby for a quick bite to eat.”

“I couldn't stay there because it was a horrible place! I tried 2 different rooms & both rooms didn't have a dead bolt that worked. As a single woman traveling alone, I don't feel it's too much to ask to feel safe in a locked room!!!!!!!!”

“We visited this hotel on opening night, and (as seems fair) they were having a few issues. We were passing through again for vacation, and found the rooms to be dirty - greasy floors, crumbs in the chair, false eyelashes stuck to the floor, stains in the tub. We won't be back again.”

“I just needed a place to spend the night. Got a room on the first floor, so it was very accessible to bring my stuff in. The bed was very comfortable on the TV worked great.”
