“The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.”

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”

Los apartamentos en si también son cómodos, pero faltarían algunos accesorios más en la cocina como sartenes por ejemplo, y añadiría limpieza en estancias cortas ya que nosotros estuvimos ocho días y no limpiaron,en el apartamento no hay útiles suficientes para limpiar y no merece la pena comprarlos por tanto poco tiempo. “I had a great experience staying at Xkeban as a solo traveler. I want to be honest that it’s super loud over the weekends*** because they have a rooftop disco. I didn’t mind because I think it can be fun and convenient for people that like it. Obviously I came in low seasonality so there wasn’t a lot of people.
