“I tried to cancel with them on May 20 and they would not. They said I didn’t have a reservation and so they didn’t cancel and then they charged me for it on June 15 I negotiated it down and they should’ve gave me a full refund because they said I didn’t have a reservation”

“My room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Which is fine unless you are carrying heavy luggage.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well and the mini fridge and microwave were functional. The breakfast was a bit simple, with the basic waffle maker, muffins, and cereal, but otherwise good.”

“Great location with lake view. Enjoyed the deck and outdoor space. Nice communal fire pit. The restaurant had a very good menu.”

“This hotel is one of the nicer places to stay in Mountain Home. It's not the Ritz - but it is CLEAN (don't let the main lobby area sway you - the rooms were spotless!), and the staff was constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND on asking if you need anything, asking if they can assist in anyway. I usually HATE hotel room carpets - but our room was nearly SPOTLESS. It was a hot day and our room AC was SUPER COLD! We didn't stay long, but the morning, freshly ground and brewed coffee was actually really good....

“Water dripping from ceiling. LOUD A/C system prevented us from sleeping and got for 30 min then cold for 30 min. TV system not user friendly.”

“The toilet would not flush, room had not been cleaned. The television did not work. We were not offered another room. We didn’t end up staying. We drove back home.”
