Sheep & cattle breeders (family farm nearby with possible visit in their company), Roselyne & Patrice welcome you to an authentic traditional 18th century farm, full of history & fully restored, nestled in the peace and quiet on a "balcony" & "panoramic belvedere" on the hillside on a southern slope offering magnificent sunsets, on the edge of bucolic wooded meadows (with Charolais cows as neighbors in season), under the wooded ridges of a beautiful wild forest. In a peaceful little rural hamlet typical of residential & agricultural, in the countryside of the upper Clunisois, in the hollow of the verdant Audour valley, magnificent preserved setting of greenery & nature (partly protected in ZNIEFF for its fauna & flora riches / including the remarkable site of "arboretum de Pézanin" a stone's throw away). Beautiful landscaped setting. 100% relaxing. Splendid panorama of the green valleys extending to the horizon. Comfortable cottage with atypical architecture. Ultra spacious. Large living room. Un peu décevant

En arrivant, logement très froid : mauvaise isolation ( vent passe par l'encadrement de la porte). Invasion de punaises asiatiques ( pas punaise de lit). Utilisation de la cuisine : on doit passer par la chambre pour aller dans la cuisine. Installation électrique aux normes ? ( pas de prise de terre). Séjour à 2 adultes pour 1 semaine : facture EDF de 150 euros.... Accueil très agréable par la propriétaire.
