“Was a great hotel, we really liked the room we were in. The fire alarm kept going off multiple times throughout our stay and woke us up really early in the morning. Otherwise it was a good stay. ”

“The room keys don’t work well. I had to have 5 different room keys made and even the desk clerk could not get my door to open. He had to put me in a different room. Only 1 out of the 2 room keys for the second room worked, and I had to slide it in and out several times to get it to work. The breakfast was not very good. The hair dryer did not work. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only other thing this hotel has going for it is location. Very convenient to state fair grounds, PNC...

“Breakfast was very good. The mattress in the suite was concave, it put my lower back out. I found it very difficult to sleep. The view was a concreate wall that is part of the building marquee, lucky me it existed as the view in both the living room and the bedroom. The room was clean. The staff was not very customer service oriented. It was easy to park.”

That one feature was the entire reason for booking here. Unfortunately, it never worked once during our four-night stay. Every single morning I asked the front desk about it. Every single time I was told it would be turned on. It never was. By the final night, the manager actually tried to tell me it had been working but...
