“Clean and convenient”

“Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there.”

Shower stall/tub and soap situation (no body wash only hand soap?) was the only negative - since I was on an outdoorsy trip it was kind of a letdown but the room was great otherwise.”
