“Staff was great”

“Did have a strange smell, but some spray from the front desk and the smell was gone. Excellent full breakfast. Amazing selection and everything was hot. Loved the link sausage! Room and bathroom were spotless. Staff was very helpful. Easy peasy plentiful parking. Love pre-check in and online check out! Will definitely stay again.”

“All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“Breakfast was poor. Previously I visited this location and there was more food varieties. No yogurt, no fruits, no waffle. One type of bagels were not fresh.”

“Staff is great location is safe and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left”

“It’s a place to sleep rooms are outdated, gave us the wrong room. Checkout was 11 room key turned off at 9 we got locked out and had to get let in to get our stuff. Diner that’s connected is good”

“Never got clean towels or bedding changed or made up for 3 day stay. One tiny soap to use. I room coffee maker didnt work. First morning at 7am no coffee or waffle mix in breakfast area. Advised staff and they did make more”
