あまり良い印象はありませんが。

城壁内の真ん中あたりにあるホテルです。各方角にある門まで徒歩５分の場所に位置しており、立地はとても良かったです。最上階(4階、EVなし)の端の部屋で、ベッドルームとバス・トイレルームが別の部屋でした。トイレに行くのに廊下を挟んで向かい側の部屋へ行かなければならず、いちいち鍵を閉める必要があり、とても面倒でした。バスアメニティは、タオルとハンドソープしかなく、シャンプーやリンスを持って行ってなったので、ハンドソープのみで過ごしていました。ハウスキーピングもありません。 3日間宿泊するのに、タオルが2枚しかありませんでした。しかも、初めはハウスキーピングがあるものと思って1日目で2枚使ってしまったので、翌日帰宅時に新しいタオルがなく、慌てました。入口にあるボタンがオーナーさんの携帯に繫がるので、すぐに文句を言いました。オーナーさんは謝ってくださいましたが、別の都市へ出かけられてたので、新しいタオルは3日目(最終日)に渡すと言われました。 2日目はしぶしぶ使い終わって床に放置していたタオルを拾って使いました。部屋自体はきれいでした。バスアメニティがないのと、ハウスキーピングがないので、それさえ気にならなければ、立地が良くて便利だと思います。

Simply terrible.

With aroubd USD 100, booked 2 months in advance, I thought I would be given a room with shower and toilet facilities INSIDE the room. But I was given a cockloft, with no toilet in it !!! Instead I was given another key to a toilet outside the room. Worst still, the toilet lock was out of order and I had to shower when the door was unlocked! Water leakage problem at the shower area and the floor was flooded after a short shower of 5 mins. As an Asian girl with 1.6 m height, I could not stand up straight in half of the room because it is a cockloft. What was deceiving was that in the booking confirmation, I was guaranteed a room with a view of the city wall, but what I was given upon arrival was a cockloft, with a tiny little window and a view of nothing else but the rooftop of another building. Overall, TERRIBLE.

Great Location

The owner has multiple buildings so the address might not be where you stay! Nevertheless it's very central anyway! Super clean, and the little kitchenette is great! The view was all we had dreamt about! When you ring at the hotel location, you will most likely have to wait 10/15 min for the owner to arrive on site. We wanted to,extend one night, she couldn't, but she found a solution for us with the surrounding owners! Quite nice of her! Will require you pay cash

We wasted an hour and half in 35° heat trying to find the host ( who gave us very sketchy directions) to pay her the accomodation money. She didn't come to us. We were inconvenienced by having to find her rather than her coming to us so we could pay her. Also, the air conditioner was directly aimed at the head of the bed. As it was very hot outside, the air conditioner was necessary. However as it was pointed directly where we were sleeping, we caught a cold and took us over a week to get over it. A lot of money for a very very small room.

The hotel is very nice. They should recommend where to park though and inform their future guests that the appartement is located inside the old town of Dubrovnik, which is really, really, really nice.

Small and tidy

The room was small and tidy with a king bed. No room to stand up or put your things due to the slope of the ceiling (attic space). No amenities. Quiet and convenient location.

Fantastiskt läge, mitt i gamla stan. Rymligt och värdinnan var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. Nära till allt. Rekomenderas stark!

The staff was great, so helpful and accommodating! Hotel is in city center around a city bus stop and restaurants. We had a city view and it wasn't noisy or anything like that! Would recommend this hotel to people traveling to Athens!

Beautiful view, perfect location!

We had a lovely stay here! The apartments were simple and clean. They are in a great location, right next to the entrance to the the Walled City and have an amazing view of the sea and the city. Our host was very accommodating and let us check in early and leave our bags while they finished cleaning the rooms, they also arranged for our transfer to the airport for us. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location

We stayed in the top small apartment for two days, which was fine. Nice double bed and separate bathroom across a small hall. The owner was friendly and there was a fridge and kettle, but not much else. Great if you want to eat out. It is a super location in the middle of the old city.

It was so nice. comportable clean neat. room has fantastic view. the location is so close for old town and vanje beach just 3 minutes. and many facilities are so close for atm supermarket cafe restaurant and so on. host is very kind. I hope to come here again.

good place

The lacation was very good for travel and many facilities are very close. supermarket and atm is so close just 1 minute and old town and banje beach are close too. it take just about 5 minutes. I wanted to swim but I cannot. because of the weather. that's too bad. room has beautiful view. I want to go back because of view. room was clean and neat. host was so nice. It will be good rooms for you

This was one of the most confusing and oddest apartment stays that I've had. I've stayed in bare bones apartments and hostels before, so I'm not expecting luxury, but this apartment doesn't even have a complete front wall -- there was a two foot hole cut into the drywall above the front door, so there was actually no true barrier to the main hallway. There was a large dirty pan with pizza remnants left in the oven, along with half-empty bottles of water in the fridge. The shower doesn't drain, so you can only run the water for about thirty seconds at a time. The lady who owns this place is completely all over the place and confusing. However, it's cheap and in a great location. Stay at your own risk.

위치는 좋은 아파트

올드시티 내에 있는 위치 좋은 아파트입니다만...지붕 바로 아래 방이라그런지, 밤에 날개미같은 꽤큰 벌레들이 벽으로 출몰합니다.. 화장실은 문 밖에 있고, 방 & 샤워실 모두 열쇠로 잠궈야하니...이 부분 참고하세요.

View of the Walls

Pros: Our room had an amazing view of the wall, very clean apartment, spacious, close to the old town. Great price. Cons: we stayed Saturday night & there is a club nearby so some noise. A small price to pay for the location.

풍광이 최고인 숙소

호텔의 체크인 위치와는 다른 곳에서 묵었습니다. 그래서 체크인 때에 짐을 들고 많이 걸어야해서 단점이었습니다. 하지만, 성 바로 밖에 있는 숙소의 위치는 아주 환상적이었습니다. 바다와 성을 낀 구시가지가 한 눈에 펼쳐진 위치에 있었고, 숙소는 넓고 쾌적했습니다.

A wonderful view to wake up to

A modern, comfortable and clean apartment in a spacious corner of the roof space. Wonderful views of Dubrovnik old town city walls across the harbour on one side and the bay on the other. Pastry shop downstairs for breakfast (excellent apple strudel!) and only 60 seconds walk to the city gate. 5 minutes walk to the cable car. Run by a very welcoming family. Highly recommended.

This apartment is not a hotel; it is better listed on air B+B. The bathroom (not shown on website) especially needs a full renovation - door handle broken; door hits toilet to close; old shower curtain; no towel bars; apartment on 3rd floor is a potential fire hazard with no outdoor escape and wooden staircases. Dubrovnik is generally overpriced, but this apartment would be better listed at a much lower price.

ホテルズドットコムのマップでは、旧市街の真ん中に位置していたが、実際はその場所で待ち合わせして、城壁の外(ロープウエイ乗り場に近いゲートを出たところ)の港沿いのアパート良い点: ・アパートは城壁内でなかったが、港が見えてとても綺麗・立地が良くロープウエイ乗り場やワンデイツアーの発着地点の目の前・1階はスーパーで食料品を簡単に買いに行ける・キッチン付き(鍋、電気ポット、皿、冷蔵庫あり) ・両替所やATMが近い短所: •シャワーのお湯を貯めるタンクの容量が小さく水になる・シャワーホルダーが壊れている・部屋の鍵が閉めにくくコツがいる
