“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.”

“Condo is convenient to everything in Marathon & Bahia Honda park. Clean and comfortable, with a pool/bar. Shower had decent pressure. Only minor complaints would be that it could use some extras such as beach umbrellas, board games, kitchen condiments such as salt & pepper, etc. It was fairly bare. We also had an issue with laundry. The door code we were given was not accurate & couldn't get property management to get back to us. Finally stopped someone walking in & they gave us the code. “We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo to anyone going to the key. It had everything we needed and was centrally located for a great week in the keys. Property owners were amazing. 10/10 on everything.”

Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. "L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. Le sedie avevano i cuscini molto sporchi, andrebbero lavati ogni tanto..il bagno è molto spazioso, il lavandino molto piccolo in proporzione. Letto non molto comodo per i miei gusti. All’esterno c’è la ghiaia, quindi camminando sui sassi e poi entrando in casa si lasciano tutte le impronte. Nel complesso in ogni caso, per una notte è stato un buon compromesso comodità/ prezzo per visitare le Keys."
