“The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Nice breakfast and pool.”

“The room was clean, and the location was convenient to downtown Dunedin, our room was on the opposite side of the elevator and very inconvenient to get to our door. We could not use the balcony, they were doing work on the outside of the hotel and the dust was all over the outside, we put our bathing suits and T-shirts to dry, and it got ruined. We arrived early and asked for a possible early check-in not granted unless we paid that $10 for every hour before check in time, $10. Don’t buy much...

“The location is convenient and walking distance to the beach and pier. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The room did not match the listing photos. Both the toilet and the bathroom sink had visible buildup, and it took about ten minutes for the water to get hot. Furthermore, the registration office was cluttered with boxes, and the property operates on an unexpected self-service model”

Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”
