“Excellent location. Town is easily accessible and two Sunset viewing restaurants are right next door. It’s a cute charming old Florida hotel so if you’re bougie, it may not be for you! Our room was clean, and spacious. Parking can be tricky with the restaurants right there, but the valet will move cars for you if you are a guest. Overall great experience. ”

“Room was updated, clean, staff was friendly. Room had robes and when we returned in the evening we had chocolates and the TV had the fireplace app on , which created a cozy feeling. Nice tables and chairs on porch area. Coffee available in the check in area. Very pleased for our overnight stay. Would recommend. ”

“My toddler and I had a great stay at the Chart House Hotel. The pool and outdoor area was really nice and well-maintained, and the entire property was very clean. The staff stood out as especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and Pier 60 and a 30 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, which made travel easy. “The room and entire property was very clean! They had staff cleaning around the clock to keep things looking great! The walk to the beach was very short, less than a block. Finding the parking garage was a little tricky, as it is off Avalon St, not well marked, and tucked underneath the building. Once we found it, there were no issues. We tried to check into our room 2 hours early with no luck. We came back again just 5-10 minutes before 4pm check in time, and we still needed to wait until 4pm....

“Amazing hotel, one of the nicest hotel I ever stayed. The standard room is huge, we had so many luggages, I thought we would need to upgrade for something bigger but nope, plenty of room. The beach is quieter comparing to other hotels, it’s a family friendly hotel, kids have movie nights at the pool, adults had live music in the evening by the fireplace. We had an amazing family holiday and can’t wait to come back next year! ”

“Continental breakfast was great. Our room was clean, very accommodating, we needed to use the sofa bed and they brought up a mattress topper for us. Fitness center was great. Liked the small hotel feel. Great alternative if you can’t find a place right on Clearwater beach. ”
