“Air conditioner didnt work in first room neither did the phone. Second room fridge wouldnt shut because freezer section was overrun with ice had to defrost it before we could use it. Plus no phone at all. Wasnt very clean at all. No maids to be found and every time i stopped at front desk day or night only had the bell ”

“Our stay is always good to great at and La Quinta we stay at. Although this property is older it was clean and well maintained. Other people on the floor were loud past hrs it was something out of the staffs hands.”

“Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established.”

“Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....

“I was expecting much more for the rates we paid. We paid pricing comparable to Hilton or Hyatt, but the overall experience felt closer to a Motel 6, Days Inn, or Extended Stay. Even those usually include some type of breakfast. The room itself was clean, but the property was overpriced for what was actually offered. The biggest frustration was that our key card deactivated every single time we left the room, which became extremely inconvenient throughout our stay. Overall, this stay did not...

“This was our second time staying. Each time the front desk staff have been so nice and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is always delicious as well as the breakfast. The pools are clean along with the rooms. Being right on the river is an added bonus. The outdoor bar, live music inside lobby, outdoor activities etc make the stay more unique. We will continue to stay here and recommend this place to friends and family.”
