“Hip boutique hotel in a fantastic location. There’s no shortage of bars, cafés, and eateries along Brunswick Street. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that there’s no gym in the building. I really enjoyed my stay and would be more than happy to return.”

“The staff were immensley helpful prior to my arrival and when I arrived a on a wet miserable evening. My room was upgraded and my dinner reservation brought forward. My second time at the hotel and hopefully there will be more. The food in the restaurant : my meal was very good as it was the time before. I had been looking forard to it all day!”

“Great staff! They were very helpful with both a room switch and storing luggage, friendly and efficient. This hotel is also in a great location for exploring the city. It’s close to premium shopping and Flinders station plus free trams are right outside. We loved our stay here!”

“New venue located in a great part of the city. Luxe experience for sure. Check-in and front door service teams set a great tone when we arrived. Recommend Riverside views to better enjoy the city. Drink selection and daily variety for events they curate for guests a really nice touch.”

“Hotel is conveniently close to Southern Cross station. The current breakfast area doesn't work very well and staff in that area were not very helpful and clearing up after earlier diners appeared to be a low priority”

“To be honest, we had a few issues during our stay. The first room we were allocated had air-conditioning that made loud noise and TV didn’t work. We were moved to another room for our second night only after I asked in the morning and followed up again in the afternoon, which was OK. Unfortunately, this room was not overly soundproof and at 4:30am in I was woken up to the sound of the person next-door playing very loud music. I understand that’s not the Hotel‘s fault but it kind of shows the...
