“Room was clean upon arrival Not sure if there were instructions for early checkout (outside of reception hours). I didn't know where to put the keycard so I left it on the reception desk before I left. Staff are very respectable and lovely from reception to room service (didn't use it but did respect that I didn't want to be bothered)”

“The check-in was smooth and overall our stay was very comfortable. Loved that we were in the heart of Ponsonby with many shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket all in walking distance. The staff allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for an hour after checking out while we visited our son nearby, very much appreciated thank you again!! We will definitely be back 😀🙏”

“mini appartamento con servizio di portierato e pulizia dotato anche di lavatrice e asciugatrice. molto comodo per visitare il centro di Auckland e facilmente raggiungibile anche con la macchina a noleggio (meglio prenotare il posto parcheggio al momento della prenotazione)”

“Bellissimo appartamento con tutti i confort. Io ho soggiornato al 12° piano con un balcone ed una bella vista intorno. Pulizia eccelsa e dotazioni di qualità. Si è nella via più bella di Auckland e quindi di sera c'è un po di confusione a causa di una discoteca di tendenza vicina, ma tutto sopportabile in considerazione allo staff molto disponibile e di un appartamento veramente molto bello. Ne vale la pena ed io ci tornerei di sicuro.”

“Paid parking was great and super helpful. Staff were friendly. Premises were well maintained, clean, and tidy. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, towels were clean and soft and bed was super comfy and clean. Would highly recommend stay here.”
