“Nice and warm unit, after hours staff customer service was terrible , checked In August 3 , staff was too fast in communication and hang up call”

“The staff were very helpful but I had to change rooms twice due to broken shower, tv not working, broken toilet seat…each of the three rooms I stayed in had damaged amenities and some were lacking basic toiletries eg. hand soap, shower soap… etc. Needs maintenance.”

“The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it.”

“The bed was super comfy, it was a lovely stay, close to shops, café and beach.”

“Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise”
