“Staff really nice”

“Parking was excellent. There were only two other cars there all night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Unable to get any hot water at all!! AC was good. No elevator that I ever saw. High ceilings so lots of stairs. Not good for handicapped.”

“Parking lot very clean with ample parking spaces. Property is very old and run down. Hallway carpeting smells musty and of old cigarettes. Good size bathroom, very clean. Appropriate toiletries provided. Bathroom towels very thin and low quality. Beds and pillows very lumpy. Breakfast layout is pathetic. On a positive note, staff members from all shifts were extremely pleasant. Per front desk staff, hotel does not have an elevator, so we stayed on the first floor. Owners need to invest more in...

“Easy parking, close to university, clean and comfortable rooms ”

“The breakfast had all the items that my wife and I wanted. Everything was spotless and there were more than enough tables and chairs fort a reelaxing meal. The parking is in back of and to the side of the entrance only a few steps to the front doors with plenty of parking spaces. The staff, from the front desk to the maintenence folks were all friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The hotel is located a few steps from the main street which makes everything you might want withing a few minutes...

“I’ve stayed many times in past years and you can see the decline from when it first opened. I was in a two bedroom suite. Holes in the wall, fridge was dented, no real amenities to speak of. Waited 30 mins to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. When they did show up no apology and barely acknowledged me.”

“There was something in the bathtub, also the bathtub floor was damaged. The sink area needs to be replaced, and there was a moldy residue around the brim. Lastly, I was greeted by ants. I asked for a new room which the attendant promptly changed. The new room had a cracked bathtub floor, and I used a wash cloth to wipe the brim of the sink, and when I began to rinse, black particles kept appearing -the more I rinsed, the more particles appeared.”

“The staff were not helpful at all with my situation I had a horrible experience with my stay with my room the room was filthy a lot of dust broken outlet clogged bathroom sink carpet dirty manager still has ignored my request to speak to him the halls is dirty trash all over inside the hotel”
