“The check in process was quick and easy. The room was clean except the sofa bed had several stains and I could not trust my kid sleeping on it even with sheets covering it. Other than that the room was clean. the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. I would stay here again if I am in the area.”

“Basic accommodations for one night. Unfortunately our room had a sewer smell and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom especially behind the door. If it was cleaner and didn't smell would give five stars.”

“My second time here. I love this place! It’s so quaint and quiet and the beds are so comfy and the towels are so soft and the staff is impeccable. Everyone I’ve met so far is super sweet and really helpful. I’m not in Schenectady often but when I am there his is my new go-to place to stay.”

“The castle is beautiful as and our room was as super l as the with renovated bathroom. It would be nice to have a little kitchen for tat space. Also a black out curtain would be nice to have. The sun woke me up this morning. Otherwise, love the place and the antique furnishings! ”

“My light had a malfunction in my room and would turn on every 30 minutes. I did not get much sleep because of it and the hotel staff just told me they would check it later. I was hoping for a free future night!! I guess not”

“Struttura non recentissima ma comunque ben tenuta. Molto periferica raggiungibile solo con l'auto. Nei dintorni presente comunque un ristorante per la cena con personale simpatico. Inclusa nel prezzo una colazione a buffet. Presente una lavanderia per gli ospiti che è stata molto utile. Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Consigliato.”
