“We found a cockroach in our room. Very noisy at night and police were even called in the morning we were leaving across the hall from us!!! Not sure what the issue was but I was traveling with two small children that were upset.”

“The hotel is adjacent to an abandoned hotel, almost connected. They have a bar but when I asked for a beverage, they said it wasn’t open; never opened it or stated why it was closed. The staff was friendly.”

“Stay as far away as possible from this place. The rooms were very nice except for the fact there were NO incidental (like soap, shampoo) in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The biggest problem was the staff. My husband had booked 3 rooms and paid with credit card. Then they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", no charge, just a hold. All three rooms were charged for the entire room amount AFTER they had been paid. This staff had the audacity to tell us "they didn't make the...

“The staff was friendly, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The carpet and air conditioner seemed dirty, the USB charging ports were not easily accessible, and the hallways had an unpleasant smell. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.”
