“Hotel was great, I did not receive service in the room at any time during the stay, I had ti ask the desk clerk to refill the body wash in the shower.”

“Shower curtain rod broken and bugs in shower. Staff very nice let us have an extra hour to check out. Dated property. Needs an update.”

“The lamp in my room had to lean against the wall in order to stand. There was a lot of dust on the refrigerator. The shower didn’t have a curtain so my sink and floor got wet from it. The pool was cold and dirty.”

“Got the room for a good price, breakfast was nice and staff was all friendly. It was not very clean or well maintained. Our room had ants that kinda took over the desk area and TV stand/dresser area. The bathtub was grimey and not well kept. Paint was peeling off walls. Wasn’t horrible but also wasn’t what I would have expected even for a decent price.”

“I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. The mattress had seen better days, but I didn’t experience any sleep fairly comfortably. It was an extended stay type of property and...

“It was okay. Nothing particularly outstanding”

“Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay.”

“I was shocked that there were no vending machines on any floor in or near ice bays!!! If I wanted a soda, bottle of water or a snack, I had to go downstairs!! Again...was really surprised at that. Everything else was just wonderful!!!”
