“Phil was great at communicating and responding. The Victorian home was as described. You got the modern conveniences with the Victorian vibe all in one. Clean and plenty of amenities and extra blankets which I was grateful for. While it was secluded in the back, I would have liked blinds or shutters on the big bay windows for privacy where the kids were on the sleeper sofa. Otherwise it’s was perfect!”

“Did a quick getaway for my wife's birthday and it was great. Cute little home by the lake with a nice back patio area for grilling and a hot tub which me and our aon very much enjoyed. Easy to get too, and safe,quite, and scenic neighborhood. Great deal!”

“Was a great house for our family get together of 11 adults. Plenty of common space on the first level and the kitchen table was easily able to seat 8 people for meals and games. The arcade gaming system in the basement was a lot of fun with 100's of vintage games. The hot tub worked well and was enjoyable even in the rain as it is protected by the deck overhead. “98% was fantastic- so definitely an excellent rating! The last 2% is the need for new or cleaner shower liners. This is an often missed thing.... The bottom of the inner shower liner was very dirty/moldy (guest bath worse than master bath). Again- very minor and barely bothersome. ”

“Came for a long weekend to do the bourbon trail with friends and stayed at The Blue Belle. House works great for 2 couples, had plenty of room plus having a 3rd bathroom was very nice. Overall very clean and well stocked except for forks but we weren’t home much so it didn’t matter. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants easily.
