“Pessimo servizio, la camera che mi hanno dato non aveva nemmeno il letto fatto!!! Mi hanno spostato in una seconda camera dove oltre che essere sporca (capelli e peli ovunque) non aveva il wifii che funzionava. Ho chiamato la reception e mi hanno fatto parlare con un tecnico per un ora!!! che non ha risolto il problema, non ho potuto parlare con un superiore e non sono risucita a lavorare per la mancanza del wifii!”

“We don’t get in until late as it was a pit stop on the way to vacation. BUT I’d go back in a minute! Beautiful room and the most comfortable bed ever!!! Front desk was amazing and since we were out so early the next morning, gave me a breakfast to go bag. ”
